The landlord for this property is a Kingston resident, a Professional Builder and a Property Manager since 1990.  I mow the grass, trim bushes and rake leaves at this property in season.  I am available at all times for any maintenance or logistical issues which may need attention.  In between tenants, I personally clean this property and restore it to it's original condition.  Your house comes provided to you with two trash cans, a blue box, a grey box and a snow shovel for your use.
